INGREDIENTS
- apple – 3 pieces,
- sugar – 1/2 cup,
- cream – 1/2 cup,
- butter – 2 tablespoons,
- vanilla ice cream – 70 g.
PREPARATION
With apples peel and thinly cut. Pour the sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom and put on medium heat. Wait until the sugar begins to melt. Stir to make the sugar turn into caramel. Then remove the saucepan from the heat and add the cream. After a minute, return to the fire and, stirring, cook until smooth. Now melt the butter in another saucepan and fry the peeled apples peeled until they form a brown crust. Next, combine apples with caramel sauce. Put the vanilla ice cream in the croissants and top with sauce. Serve immediately.
