Apple mousse is prepared very simply and quickly. In addition, the dish is inexpensive. It is better to cook mousse from green apples – it has a terrific taste.
INGREDIENTS
- apples – 300 g.
- water – 500 ml.
- sugar – 5 tablespoons.
- gelatin – 1 g.
- vanillin – pinch.
PREPARATION
Apples rinse, peel and cut into slices. Cut out the core. Pour water into the pan and bring to a boil. Put the apple slices in boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes until the apples become soft. Welded apples pull out of the water, throw in a colander, and then mash them in a mash. In the water, where apples were boiled, add sugar and stir until it dissolves. In cold water, soak for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the gelatin to the syrup. Next, syrup with gelatin enter into apple puree. Add vanillin and mix. When the mousse cools a little, whip it with a mixer. Finished apple mousse put on kremankam, cool and serve.
