By the way, every year for the effective pollination of apple trees, we create a temporary apiary in which about 200 hives are located. Did you know that the yellow and blue colors for the hives were not chosen by chance? The thing is that painting the hives in these colors clearly visible by the bees makes it easier for them to find their home.
This is due to the peculiarities of the bees’ vision After all, they distinguish the following primary colors: blue, orange, yellow and green. Therefore, it is better to paint the hives in this color and do not put them next to the same color.
