Apples can be stuffed with fruit, nuts and honey only. Tasty minced apples are made from lamb.
COMPOSITION
- minced meat – 400 g
- apple – 10 pcs.
- white dry wine – 3 pc.
- onion – 1 pc.
- fat – 1 tablespoon
- black pepper – 1/2 tsp.
- salt – according to taste.
PREPARATION
Mix the mutton mash with grated onion. Then pepper the meat, salt and mix well. Put the minced meat on a frying pan, add fat and pour the wine. Extinguish on high fire for about 15 minutes. Remove purified apples from the core and fill the holes with the prepared minced meat. Place the sliced apples on a greased oven pan and bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
